Building Hours
Monday - Friday	5:00am-10:00pm
Saturday	6:00am-6:00pm
Sunday*	12:30pm-5:00pm
*closed on Sundays until October 5th.

Office Hours
Monday - Friday	8:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday	8:00am - 4:00pm

Child Watch Hours
Monday-Saturday	8:30am-12:00pm
Monday-Thursday	4:00pm-7:30pm

Do you have childcare available for when I work out?
Yes! We offer Child Watch, a quality childcare program,  for your children aging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Child Watch is a safe and fun place for your child while you workout. We provide simple table-top and floor activities such as crafts, puzzles, games, music, independent fine motor activities and large motor activities (when possible) in the gym, Racquetball Courts, Social Room, or Multi-Purpose Room. Please remember the following:
- Do not give children gum or candy to bring into the Child Watch Room.
- For safety reasons, all children who can walk must wear shoes.
- Children may not stay more than two hours per day.


How do I register for classes and activities?
Full Facility Members are able to register before Program Members. You will receive a program brochure or registration reminder in the mail prior to the earliest registration deadline for each of our program sessions. Program brochures are also available at the Member Services Desk. Payment must be made at the time of registration and can be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. You may register:
