Little Divers & Teen Divers

A new class for individuals interested in learning and/or improving diving techniques for personal pleasure or competition. Students will learn about diving safety, as well as, developing skills that will enhance their abilities when diving on their own.

Little Masters 

For everyone interested in learning and developing competitive strokes in a non-competitive environment! Perfect for off-season training for Swim Team members. This class is designed to teach stroke development, turns and starts, while building fitness, endurance and speed at each child's own pace. Please sign up early!

Synchronized Swimming for Beginners

This class is an introduction course for everyone of all ages interested in learning synchronized swimming. Everyone will learn basic moves for a simple routine. Must          be comfortable in deep water. Swimmers will be required to build endurance. The last      class will be used for a performance of all the previous skills learned!

Strive to Survive

This is a 7-week wellness program which is designed to orientate and certify youth on the Strive Strength Training equipment, as well as, provide an understanding of Cardiovascular Training.

Student Enrichment Program (SEP)

Camp CampCamp                                               


A program designed for your child in grades K-6, to provide care with fun programs that support your child in character development, education and social skills.    Schedule includes study-time, large and small group activities, arts and crafts, free time, and snack. Full-time before and after school participants receive a FREE Youth     Membership to the St. Joseph Family YMCA. (credit will be issued if a membership is already paid in full). All SEP sites are licensed by the State of Missouri. Each site has a highly qualified Site Director who is required to have a minimum of 60 college hours, 12 of which are elementary education classes.
