FitLinxx We're pleased to offer FitLinxx, a state of the art interactive network designed to help the new exerciser build a powerful foundation for long-term behavior change. FitLinxx helps members track and measure progress to become better informed, highly motivated, and successful. Trained staff oversees your program and gives feedback and coaching to ensure your personal best.

Individual Fitness Evaluations Curious about how fit you are? We can conduct an individual evaluation to determine your resting heart rate, blood pressure,
body-fat, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength/endurance.
Quarterly Group Fitness Evaluations are given for the community.

Group Personal Training
We now offer group training for those who prefer working out with a friend and desire the guidance of a personal trainer. Sessions are one hour long and offer the same great benefits of individual personal training.

Get Real is a dynamic interaction of three constantly evolving real-life elements: self-empowerment, exercise, and eating. Learn lifelong strategies that are healthy and sustainable. Program includes a textbook.
